Davis Clemons Memorial Hunt

Service Description

Join us honoring our son, brother, and friend, Davis Clemons. We have 28 spots available and they will be filling up quickly! Check-in is at 8:30 and the hunt will begin at 9:00. The price includes the Hunt, Breakfast, Luch, Drinks, and a Hat. Sponsorship Opportunities: - Food: $1,000 (BBQ from local restaurant) - Drink: $500 (Beer and Soda) - Signage on Shooting Stations - 28 Available: $100 (These are just like the signs at any Charity Golf Tournament. These can be business or personal. Please send any logos/pictures/info to emails at the bottom.) Raffle: - We will be raffling off 2 spots to do a "Clean Up Hunt" after lunch. This will be a field hunt for all the birds that "got away". Craig Clemons will be joining the 2 winners on this hunt. $25 per ticket or 5 for $100. Share a Memory: - We are going to create a book to be given to Craig & Debbie. Feel free to share a memory of Davis. You can include a picture, text, or message to the family. Please send memories to the email listed below. $10 donation. What to bring: - This is an outside event so please dress accordingly. - Please bring a shotgun and plenty of shells. We recommend a 12 gauge with 3 or 4 boxes shells, no larger than 2 ¾’’ size 6, 7, 8 shot. - Orange Hunting Jackets / Vests are strongly encouraged. --> Please send "Memories" and "Sign Information" to davisclemonsmemorialhunt@gmail.com, Ryan Davis (918) 798-4746 or Brian Davis (918) 698-3343. * Not Included: Guns, Ammo, Hearing/Eye Protection, or Cooler (Bring a Cooler if you want birds to take with you.) * Roughly 50% of event cost (proceeds) will be directed to Davis Clemons Memorial Fund, serving emerging young leaders in Phi Delta Theta Leadership Fraternity.
