TERMS & CONDITIONS

In consideration for the use of the facilities of Lafferty Birds and Big Game, a division of Lafferty Holdings, LLC., and the use of firearms on those premises, which Releasor expressly recognizes to be a dangerous activity, Releasor, for him or herself, his or her spouse, legal representatives, heirs, and assigns, hereby releases, waives and discharges Lafferty Birds and Big Game and Lafferty Holdings, LLC., its officers and members, owners, employees and landowners of hunting properties, referred to as Releasee, from all liability to Releasor, his or her spouse, legal representatives, heirs and assigns for any and all loss and damage, and any claim of damages resulting therefrom, on account of injury to Releasor’s person or property, even injuries resulting in death of the Releasor, whether caused by negligence of Releasees or otherwise while Releasor is using the premises of facilities of Releasee. Releasor agrees to indemnity the Releasee and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to the presence of Releasor in or upon the premises and facilities of Releasee, whether caused by negligence of Releasee or otherwise. Releasor hereby assumes full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage due to the negligence of Releasee, or otherwise, while upon and using the premises and facilities of Releasees, and while competing, officiating, working, or for any purpose participating in any events on the premises and facilities of the Releasee. Releasor hereby represents that he/she is knowledgeable in Basic Firearms Safety. This contact provides only for the use of the facilities of Lafferty Birds and Big Game. It confers no right in or control over the facilities or operation of Lafferty Birds and Big Game or Lafferty Holdings, LLC., Inc. All releases for the person under the age of 18 years must be executed by that person’s parent or court appointed guardian. I acknowledge and give permission to Lafferty Birds and Big Game and Lafferty Holdings, LLC. to use my appearance, likeness, photos, video’s, and name on marketing pieces. This is not limited to print media, but it would also cover social media and digital platforms. I understand that Lafferty Birds and Big Game and Lafferty Holdings, LLC. are not obligated to notify me or compensate me for these images, videos, use of my likeness.   I acknowledge that hearing protection and safety glasses have been made available to me. I have read and fully understand the forgoing Release, Rules, and Regulations, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth therein.
